  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship all over Bangladesh.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or mentioned on the product page.

  • Any additional courier charges (if applicable) will be informed before order confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations.

  • Customers must pay the full amount to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order is dispatched (if available).

7. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable or unreachable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

  • Orders may be cancelled without refund of shipping fees

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • vynorbd is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
vynorbd will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
