1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are included

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos

  3. Wait for return approval from vynorbd support

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), vynorbd will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must pay return shipping charges.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer / Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank or mobile banking after return approval.

  • COD service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged during delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

10. Changes to Policy

vynorbd reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
